Common questions

Is there a subscription?

No. QRSprig is a one-time purchase. There are no monthly fees or extra feature purchases.

Will my QR code expire?

The code itself has no subscription or expiration. A linked website or other destination still needs to remain available.

Does scanning a contact card transfer the photo?

Scanning the QR code transfers the encoded contact details, without the portrait. Share the contact file directly to include the portrait, or share the card image to show its design.

How do I back up my saved codes?

Open Settings in QRSprig and choose Export Backup. Save the file somewhere you can find it. Importing a backup replaces the current saved collection, so export your current data before restoring another backup.

A code will not scan. What should I try?

Use a larger image, strong contrast, and a clear margin around the code. Try a simpler design or a smaller logo, and check the destination before printing or sharing.

How is my information handled?
